Each staff members receives customer service and care training. They are then hand picked to match each specific site so as to ensure a high level of customer care delivery.
Essential Criteria
To achieve the main objectives and level of service required we identified the following criteria:
- The recruitment and retention of well trained, motivated, experienced and smart Cleaners (between the ages of 22-55 years) with a high level of inter personal skills that are fluent in English.
- Document contract monitoring and liaison with all staff on site and clients on a regular basis.
The compilation and adherence to a detailed, up to date and accurate Assignment Instructions for you. A 'proactive' rather than 'reactive' approach towards the cleaning at your address. Regular documented liaison with you to establish and monitor adherence to established performance criteria
